Cape Liberty to EWR ---Noon Flight

We will will be disembarking from Brilliance of the Seas the first Friday in November. We have a noon flight booked out of EWR. From what I've been reading on the boards, it seems we should request express disembarkation.

For those of you who have done this at Cape Liberty and have returned on an RCCL ship, do you wheel your bags off the ship and then take a bus to the terminal?

Silly me, I thought I would have plenty of time with a noon flight

Would recommend that you sign up for express departure as soon as you arrive on board in order to be allocated to the first group. we were group A and were called just after 7.30am. You then make your own way off the ship with your luggage (be warned though the elevators are busy) and onto the shuttle buses which are waiting outside. Either have a car service booked to be waiting for you or take a taxi.
