3/4 Night Bahamas - Monarch or Sensation?

Any thoughts? I went on the Monarch last year for a 4-day break. I liked the ship, and I liked Coco Cay. I'd like to do another short break in January, but maybe try Carnival instead.

I was on the Inspiration years ago. I seem to remember there were more shipboard activities than on the Monarch, and I liked that there were some extra eating places (maybe a grill somewhere outside to grab a burger?) I think I also remember a larger spa/sauna/fitness area on Carnival. It was many years ago, so I'm sure things have probably changed.

Can anyone make any recent comparisons, or just supply more info? I'd like to sail from Port Canaveral, so I'm looking at the Monarch, Sensation, or Ecstasy. I may just go by what airfare is available. Thanks.
