Casino Special Offer!

IMHO....NCL offers a better 'casino deal'....but apparently not for small time slot players like myself.....my husband is a black jack player....and he will play $25+ per hand....his winnings go up and down...sometimes he comes out ahead, sometimes not....

We will be taking our second casino cruise with ncl in December....we get comp'd an inside cabin (which we upgrade and pay the difference)...he gets 'casino cash' and we both get 'drinks on us' cards (now....THAT'S a great perk!)....

I've figured it out and with ncl, we save approx 65% on the cabin, he gets some casino cash and we both get FREE DRINKS! :D

That is a great deal! But if I played $25 per hand with my luck I'd get to play about 3 minutes the entire cruise and I'm really at the blackjack table for entertainmentn, not because I actually expect to win any significant amount. I always play at the tables with as low minimum as possible so that I will get to play longer.

You've mentioned the casino player's card. There is no separate club card it's just that your play is tracked on the slots via your S&S card.

I understand from other's that play the tables that you have to play $25 a hand to be rated at the tables and let the casino host know to track your play. I don't have first hand knowledge since I play the slots just what I've heard.

If you want to check if you're entitled to anything I recommend calling the player's club rather than e-mailing. You may have to wait awhile to get thru but I call before every cruise to see what I may be entitled to. We've always received what's been verbally indicated to us on the phone and even when I wasn't on a VIP cruise where the Drinks on Us card is included, I have received the card on day 1. Here's the number 888-672-2582. They can look up your past play by your past guest number.

And for those that are on the VIP Splendor cruise on 9-23, we received our coupons for the cash in the mail. So if you don't have yours, call the player's club and have them mail it to you. That's what I had to do for mine. My husband's came without a call. :)

I would call back and ask the players club to send you a confirmation email .This is what I do just in case.We did have a problem once with casino cash( I wasnt on the list) and I whipped out my email and the casino manager honored it

After reading this, I e-mailed them and ask for a written letter explaining that we booked a casino rate but did not have the coupons for the casino cash. He replied back that normally you have to have the coupons for the cash and that he checked and we are in fact booked at the casino rate. All we have to do is take our S&S cards to the cage and they will check our names against a list to get the money. Needless to say, I printed off the e-mail and will take it with me in case I do have any problems.

What is the email address to contact them, as we also booked with the Casino offer but never received our coupons in the mail either. I would love to get something in writing from Carnival just in case we have any problems! Thanks!

Told me the same thing, can't send anything in writing, but confirmed we will be on the list at the cage. I actually got a call from my PVP w/ the offer, so I have nothing. Keeping my fingers crossed that it all works out.

I don't think they're going to send you anything per what they told me & Dick, but you can call 866-299-5859.
