You will have to check the compass to see times....but they show the 3D movies in the main theater.

All of the 3D movies show in the Amber Theater (main show room) on the Allure of the Seas. I went through several of the dailies and from what I can see they are mostly shown in the afternoon starting around 12:45pm or 4:15pm. They are not shown everyday so you'll have to check the Compass once you get on board for exact days and times.
