What Level of Cabin is a penthouse suite?

 

My Daughter in on the Victory as I write this. She booked an 8a garentee and ended up in a penthouse suite. She and my future son inlaw are getting married in St Thomas while on this trip and I wondered if that carried any weight with there major upgrade.

2. Doubtful unless the wedding is being arranged by Carnival then maybe.

Well I know on the Victory it starts at the Empress deck if I am right ... I have a CAT11 booked on her and my cabin is right next to a penthouse... they just have a little more seating room from what I viewed

One would think, but in Carnivals World the "Penthouse" is deck 7 (Empress). Had one on the Glory, the best part according to my DW was the bathroom.

I hope it was all the weight; because we booked a 8A GTY and are getting married ont he ship through Carnival. I would gladly be moved to a penthouse suite.
