what is the uk policy on price drops??

Recommended Posts

I booked a med cruise in the uk on the phone line.

when i booked we paid £551 per person for an inside guarantee.

just went on now, and the prices are:

inside £449
outside £499
balcony £699.

does this mean we can upgrade to a balcony for £148 pp?

or to an inside and get OBC?

not sure on the uk system!

Hi

I do not think anyone including RCI UK is 100% sure what the policy is in the UK now

The best thing to do is to phone RCI UK and hope for the best but expect the worst
try phoning at 2 different times as you usual get 2 different answers

I would guess you will be told that the prices you see are for "new bookings only" or "you are on a different code"
But it only takes a phone call to find out

regards

Damon

Very nice that's a fair drop in price :)

I am not sure you will be so lucky this year as a HOST on here posted that
in May they changed the rules in regards to price drops in the UK

I hope the Host and I are wrong and you manage to get another good price drop :)
