Is OBC and Savings Cert combinable with Balcony Discount

Looking to book a cruise for January, I have a next cruise certificate from my last cruise and I have seen a savings certificate on the crown and anchor website, does anyone know is this can be combined with Balcony Discount too or would RCI say it has to be one of the other.

 

Also, I am sailing in a couple of weeks, if I take the savings certificate and book onboard will they apply it straight away?

You cannot combine the Savings certificate with balcony discount.

 

No they won't apply the saving cert while on your next cruise,that has to be done when you get home.
