scottbee Posted August 29, 2012 #1 Share Posted August 29, 2012 Just found out that a number of Saanich Peninsula businesses are sponsoring a free shuttle between a number of attractions on the Peninsula (including Butchart Gardens, Butterfly World, Sea Cider Farm); and the BC Ferry terminal. http://www.cvscruisevictoria.com/images/pacbrochure.pdf I got talking to some Australian tourists on Skytrain heading to the airport who mentioned they had done this; and I'd never heard of it. Looks like the timing is such that you just need to walk on either the 9am or 10am ferries from Tsawwassen; and board the shuttle on the Swartz Bay side, and it runs from the Ferry, downtown Sidney, Butterfly Gardens, and Butchart (and a couple of other stops). It may be done for the season now (July/August is all they list), but something to keep an eye open for next year
