best tour for 4- twenty something kids

I'm traveling with my 3 daughters and son-in-law in dec. on Navigator of the seas. Ages range from 20 to 26. What would be the most interesting tour for them. They love the water and beaches.

If they only want a beach day, there's no need to pay a guide to go to the beach. Get off the tender and right across from the dock is a bus...$2.50 pp that will take them to the beach. All the beaches are public and there are chair/umbrella rentals as well as watersport rentals (jetskis, parasailing, banana boats, etc...) There are restrooms at areas of the beaches and restaurant/bars and hotel restaurants all up and down the beach.

You do NOT need an "excursion" to enjoy the beaches!
