JazzyJay Posted August 31, 2012 #1 Share Posted August 31, 2012 Booked a package: flights to and from Venice (London Gatwick with British Airways), and the MSC Armonia cruise. Can anyone tell me please if meals are included on the flight? We leave London 07.40, arriving 10.50, then homeward is leaving 17.35, arriving 18.40. Or are the flights too short? Would need to know whether we have to grab a quick brekkie at Gatwick, or if they offer something small for us. Many thanks. Janet
AmoMondo Posted September 1, 2012 #2 Share Posted September 1, 2012 No, no food unless you're in Business Class. You just get a drink and a snack (I.e. Wee bag of pretzlie things or a biscuit), so definitely grab something to eat before you board or bring a sandwich on with you.
AmoMondo Posted September 1, 2012 #3 Share Posted September 1, 2012 Forgot to say, the early morning flight may do brekkie. My flights from Gatwick to Venice and or Genoa have always been mid morning.

Schnors Posted September 3, 2012 #5 Share Posted September 3, 2012 Hi, we did exactly the same flights as you with BA on the Armonia. Outbound we rec'd a choc chip danish pastry with a strawberry flavoured muesli. Tea, coffee and orange juice was also available. On the way home, it was a cheese and pickle sandwich, again with a choice of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) at no extra cost, which we were quite surprised at.
