LondonTowner Posted September 11, 2012 #3 Share Posted September 11, 2012 We were in Antigua on a cruise in March and I booked an island tour with Lawrence of Antigua. I took a foldable wheelchair with me and it fitted OK into the mini bus. Lawrence also went off to find a portable step so I could get in and out more easily. I can manage steps and walk a short distance, so it was fine for me. I don't think you could manage with a powerchair as there just wouldn't be the facility for it. Hopefully, somebody else on here can give you more info.
Putterdude Posted October 12, 2012 #4 Share Posted October 12, 2012 If you can handle a transfer to a bus or van then most of the tours can accommodate you. We uses Voyages Tours in January, they were excellent and were able to handle DW's folding wheelchair.
