Can someone please give me a rundown on tipping?

No I haven't, but there's no charge.

there is an additional 15% added to room service bills and we still give an extra couple of bucks cash.

 

Only if ordering soda or beer. If you just order food there is no gratuity added

We usually do the "pre-paid" tips and the only "adds" we usually make are

 

- Round up (or add $1 and round up if appropriate) all the drink tickets.

 

- Give the room service delivery person a couple of singles

 

- At the Craps table, I'll "put the boys and girls on the line" (and take the odds for them) when I'm shooting and throw in occasional $2 "two way Yo" when I'm feeling particularly lucky.
