Dec. 3, 2012 Slot Tournament on Liberty

Looking for information on the December 3, 2012 Slot Tournament Cruise on the Liberty. I won an entry and a free cruise when we won the slot tournament on the Enchantment earlier this year. Does anyone have any information on the process and or payouts? Thanks in advance.

I was on last years Liberty slot tournament cruise (not a winner - I booked normally). They had a series of playoffs during the week. Each round winner won around $500 if I recall and advanced to the next round. There were over 300 entrants and through a series of eliminations they narrowed it down to a top 10.

 

The final round winner won around $15,000 with decent prizes for the runner-ups. I think they paid out over $50,000 for the week. It was very well run with lots of casino staff keeping things organized. They had big screen monitors with the standings so the players knew exactly where they stood during the eliminations.

 

All in all, the participants had a great (and loud) time.

I was on the Liberty last year (Dec. 5) and saw a lot of things happening with the tournament. I was wondering, I realize the tournament is for winners of previous tournaments, but will they have another one for people who didn't win their way into it from another cruise? (sorry if that is confusing!)
