Steam rooms & saunas - free?

One thing I remember about my first cruise on the Conquest was that my friend and I thought we'd use the showers and get ready for formal night...separate from our husbands. HOWEVER, there were no outlets that we could find....so then it was sort of all for not. I remember that we convinced the salon ladies to let us use one of the booths:eek::eek::eek:

 

Anyway, like I say, it was our first cruise so maybe we weren't in the right place! But, it seemed like a great idea at the time....

I am not a spa type of guy, but I have always wondered about the use of the sauna and other free amenities in the spa. Thanks a lot everyone!
