Milk for kids?

Hi, we're heading on the Costa Pacifica out of Savona on Oct. 4 with our 6-month-old and 22-month-old. Just wondering about the availability of milk on board, at the bar etc? My 22-month-old is milk-obsessed. I wonder if it's worth getting the all inclusive drink packages for ourselves and could order milk as well? To date our other cruises (NCL, Oceania, MSC) we haven't purchased the all-inclusive drinks package and have been better off.
