Was on the Allure. In Fort Lauderdale there was no issues with the ramp. However at each port it will depend on the how high the water level is which impacts the angle of the gangway. The Pride Go Go Elite only has a 2" clearance and you will most likely have an issue with the first joint hindge when disembarking at each port than at the same point when reboarding the ship. The crew immediately wants to push you and the scooter over the hump. What ever you do DO NOT ALLOW THE CREW TO PUSH THE SCOOTER WHEN IN DRIVE AS YOU CAN DAMAGE THE MOTER AND RENDER IT USELESS. The scooter needs to be placed into neutral anytime it's being manually pushed. The yellow lever on the motor needs to be placed into neutral in order for the scooter to be free rolled. Personally I prefer to get off the scooter and walk down the gangway with assistance rather than being pushed down/up the gangway while seated on the scooter. My friend is just bring her scooter for use on the ship. She will use a foldable lightweight wheel chair in ports.
