RCI Excursion TT20 - Easy to Get on/off the Boat?

DW has had some issues with some snorkel excursions when it was very difficult to get on or off the boat. Has anyone done this excursion? I you have can you comment on your experience?

 

Here is the description:

 

Half Day Snorkeling - TT20

 

You will enjoy incredible snorkeling on Norman Island or Cooper Island. Expect to see plentiful marine life. Bring your camera or buy one on board to capture beautiful corals and sponges, fish, turtles, lobster, and barracuda! You must be able to swim but snorkel lessons are available from your guide.
