huneymoonerz Posted September 21, 2012 #1 Share Posted September 21, 2012 This will be the kids' 3rd cruise but 1st Disney cruise. They are 2 and 4. I know what to pack for a regular cruise (getting pretty good at that) but what Disney-themed items should I pack for this cruise? CURRENT LIST DD's Ariel dress / tiara and DS's pirate costume. Autograph book Pillow cases for signing Disney themed clothing (we never buy it. It just finds its way into the house) Pirate outfit for DH DD's Minnie undies. She requested no Dora undies on the boat! LOL! Also, any experiences with Flounder's Reef would be welcome. Is it boring for 2 year-olds?
LeeW Posted September 21, 2012 #2 Share Posted September 21, 2012 Don't forget to put the pillow cases in a plastic bag with pens and leave at the service desk at the start of the cruise. Leaving a few snacks inside is also appreciated by the characters doing the signing. Characters are everywhere and may even stop and talk to the kids in the halls. Our 3 year old granddaughter loved this. She also loved Nemo's Reef area on Dream - kept running back and forth between Mickey Pool and the reef even on hot deck (bring flip-flops!). awaywego0000 Posted September 25, 2012 #3 Share Posted September 25, 2012 I went to the Disney Store in the Outlets before the cruise and got a princess outfit (not sure if you have any girls). You can get them on the ship but they are very expensive. Ebay may have a good deal too. I love the pictures I got of my daughter wearing her princess outfit while posing with Cinderella, Belle and Aurora. Now I also have a Halloween costume all ready to go. They also have a Pirate Party so you may want to get Pirate stuff.

huneymoonerz Posted September 25, 2012 Author #5 Share Posted September 25, 2012 Thanks! Yeah, I picked up some princess dresses at Big Lots. They are only $15 there and are official Disney. 99cent store has fun Pirate hats!
