kahtrav Posted September 23, 2012 #1 Share Posted September 23, 2012 I'm hoping someone who has been on the Liberty or similar ship could give me some advice. We are looking to book a low and inside room for the Liberty transatlantic next spring. We've never been on RCCL, so wondered if anyone had advice on the inside cabins near the ice rink (on deck 2). I'm looking at 2401 (it's one of 3 running lengthwise right by the rink) or any of the other mid-ship inside cabins (near and around handicap rooms). Is access to Studio B actually on that level, or on Deck 3? How much noise would we get from the ice rink (at night)? Generally we prefer low, inside - especially on ocean crossings. Thanks, Karen
heatherb1958 Posted September 23, 2012 #2 Share Posted September 23, 2012 Hi, Don't go for those they are right next to the crew stairs/elevators/service area. we had cabins 2425 and 2607 on Independence ( sister ship ) with no issues, I would choose 2425 again preferably as I like the inside little corridors as you have less foot traffic outside. The ice rink is accessed by passengers from deck 3 so has no impact on deck 2. hope this helps:)
