retiredgram Posted September 27, 2012 #3 Share Posted September 27, 2012 I called them the last time. They will do it right over the phone. Also, be sure and take the certificate with you. One cruise, they had no information on my certificate, but I had it with me and was no problem. Have heard of people just getting it applied when the board. Edit: Sorry, thought you were trying to apply a certificate. You can call them and buy one over phone and it applied then if you are having trouble with the form. I had the same problem and my TA told me about the compatibility mode. To turn it on (in internet explorer) there is a piece of paper that looks like it is torn by the refresh arrow.
