Hotels in Toulon

We are booked on the LOS in June 2013 . We have not seen much info regarding hotels in this area and the easiest way to get to port. We presently have the Ibis Centre (ex all season book). But was curious where people stayed and how did they get to port. It looks like the port location may also be questioned as I have seen both the port of Toulon and La sey de mar also. We are arriving the day before.
