Aft on Dolphin & Main decks of md Rotterdam?

If we book an EE aft cabin on the Rotterdam, is it possible to sit on a deckchair on the aft balcony?

I think on the Dolphin deck all those funny little symbiols represent winches and lines for docking or anchoring, and the doors are probably marked "crew only" or "emergency only".

 

On the Main deck I'm not sure you would find any loungers there.

There were loungers on the aft of the Main deck of the Amsterdam, don't know if the same would be true of the Rotterdam though.
