vicnkojo Posted October 12, 2012 #1 Share Posted October 12, 2012 Hi, Now...something else to consider.:) . Im on the oct. 28th jewel, Any ideas on what to do with the Jewel layover, I'm trying to think of some evening activities to do to make lemonade out of lemons.... I will miss waking up and being out to sea... Any and all ideas are welcome. Since we will arrive at 10pm on oct. 31st, I was told by NCL, that we will be able to board off the ship. So that means Wednesday evening, and also, Thursday evening as long as on Thursday we are back by Midnight!;)

Carolin Posted October 12, 2012 #3 Share Posted October 12, 2012 I once took a sunset booze cruise that was amazing. Didn't have to worry about rushing back to the ship. You can also take a lovely sunset cruise and watch the sun sink into the sea.
Snowrose Posted October 12, 2012 #4 Share Posted October 12, 2012 There's no scheduled departure time for the Friday morning, so you might actually wake up to being on the water. For all we know, they could leave at 4AM or something like that, since everyone has to be back on board by midnight.
jkneern Posted October 12, 2012 #5 Share Posted October 12, 2012 Other than Atlantis, there is not much night life in Nassau. Everything in town closed early when we were there in May around 5 ish. We were also told it is not to safe to wonder around at night.

jonbgd Posted October 14, 2012 #12 Share Posted October 14, 2012 what happened?.... im curious jonbgd????:D This was back in 2004. I was doing alot of solo travels 04/05. It was a CCL weekend booze cruise. One of the taxi drivers on my way back from gambling at Atlantis had recommended an underground club for late night partying. It was $20 to get in since I was a tourist. But all the short skirts, tight pants and low cut tops helped with that decison. :o I was dancing with couple Bahama Mamas and few of the guys got a little jealous. So was sort of told it might be a good idea to leave. Looking back I shouldnt have gone by myself but.....Its something that i can live to tell about:eek:
