B2B Transatlantic, different ship?

Hi,

I see that the QM2 goes eastbound on Jan 3 (arriving in Southhampton on 10 Jan) and the QV comes back westbound on 10 Jan.

Is this B2B a risk? Cutting it too close, or risking missing the QV?

There's so few B2B from New York, it seems like a wonderful opportunity.

I am on the QM2 arriving on Jan 10th. I think we arrive quite early and will be disembarked by around 11 am. If QV sails around 4 pm you should be fine.

This July my husband and I took the QM2 from NY to SH. We transfered the day we arrived to the QE, did the Baltic cruise back to SH and transfered the same day back on the QM2 to return to NY. It was very smooth and they transfer you and your luggage without cost.
