Belize doesn't really have the altitude necessary for high-quality arabica coffee. You need 3,500 to 5,000 ft. elevations such as in Guatemala, Costa Rica and elsewhere. Parts of the Pine Ridge and Maya Mountains approach the low end of this elevation range. Look for Gullon Jug coffee which is a small farm operation.
