Promo pricing for Latitudes or other associations?

NCL has some promos for some cruises, with icons that notate which cruise offers which. There is the red icon with A for AARP, and Blue with L for latitude, and dollar sign for OBC, etc.

Now, depending on whether you are logged in or not, depending on whether you put one code in or not, you get a whole bunch of different pricing for the same cruise.

Here is my question: If the Latitude promo claims that a stateroom is as much as 200 less, shouldn't that show up when you are logged in.

But when I just did a couple of random trials, I got higher pricing for the logged in search then I did when I did a straight search.

Go ahead play around with the various codes and such.

Then there is the fabulous price guarantee....so which price will you be able to claim should be the one matched?

I think this way of pricing is confusing and a tad misleading, or am I just nuts.
