Yes, the Haven is always open. But last year on the Jewel, we came in at about 1-2 am a few times planning to use the hot tub, but finding it closed each time (roped off with yellow tape). Our butler said it was nightly maintenance. The pool was taped off as well..

I too encountered the same thing. One night we were in the hot tub at 2:30 the next it was closed for maintenance.

Okay, then I will have to ask the butler when the scheduled 'closed pool/hot tub' times are. :)
