Noordam 10-DAY SOUTHERN CARIBBEAN SEAFARER

question Re the Noordam as like the 10 day S. Caribbean seafarer itinerary (most appealing to me).

Cruised once before on Ruby, liked many aspects of ship, stops, & on board entertainment etc. Food was good to. we are 47 yrs and 46.

 

Now HAL: How would Noordam compare to Ruby in features? How much is a beer or can you get a bucket of beer like Princess? What is the live music like around the pool areas?

Been on the Ruby and the Noordam.

 

We took the Noordam S. Caribbean cruise two years ago and are going on the exact same cruise and cabin. That should tell you how we liked it our first HAL cruise.

 

Food is comparable between the two but better Lido options on Noordam (come on, who else has an Eggs Benedict bar at breakfast with 7 to 8 types available).

 

HAL is better than Princess for drink prices & specials hands down. Not to mention your wine allowance on HAL vs 1 bottle on Princess. And room service bottle costs that are reasonable ($26 to $30 for a liter of Vodka for example) and not hotel price like Carnival ($75 to $80 a bottle)
