Extra time in Nassau..what to do?

While doing our on-line check today for our Nov. 18 cruise I saw that our time in Nassau changed from 8-5 to 7-1am! I'm happy! We will be going to Blue Lagoon for the day. I'm hoping you guys can offer suggestions for the evening. There are 10 of us from 13-69, obviously bar-hopping is out, can't take the kids!
