Taxi/Minivan with Child Seat available

I know there's been alot of talk about the open safari taxi and car seat with no seat belts in the back of the taxi...but has anyone hired a taxi / minivan with a child seat already available for use. I don't feel safe with a 4 1/2 year old in the open safari taxi and even the excursion with the ship is with that type of taxi and I really do not want to drag a car seat around. Thanks for your info.

or could reccomend someone. I don't know about the child seat end of it,
