Testing -- just trying to change avatar

Don't mind me -- a couple of years ago I was able to get an avatar picture inserted correctly. Now when I try to change my avatar picture I get all kinds of notations. On 2 other sites I belong to, I have not had a problem getting this picture as my my avatar.

I have tried and tried -- seems like this site's system has changed since I did not last avatar.

Tried a couple more times -- same message:

"Upload to file failed".

Check the size of your file...there is a strict limit which the file must be under or the upload will fail.

 

"Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller)."
