siuju Posted November 5, 2012 #1 Share Posted November 5, 2012 Just got a note today saying I got an upgrade from GTY F to B3. A friend of mine got upgrade from GTY C to penthouse. We're definitely going to enjoy the cruise more with this upgrade. I think the cruise is hugely overbooked. "Overbooked" would seem to be the wrong word if the upgrade put you into another cabin on that same voyage. It may be, however, that a great deal of the "demand" is focused on the inexpensive category that you first booked, and the Sales Department needs to free inventory there.
