Johnny Blue for Cheap?

My friend told me that Johnny Blue Label was cheap here and I could get good cigars, but which side (Dutch or French) and where?

Any suggestions?

I have notes that say Ocean Jewelers had Johnnie Blue on special for $125. Regular price $129. This was October 2011.

They are located on Frontstreet between the Courthouse and the Guavaberry Emporium, and are associated with the Friendly Liquor store a couple of doors down.

Got a bottle of blue and a box of Habana Partagas for $100 each last time there. Can't remember which store though. Ran into my bartender from the ship ( he was enjoying time off while inport) asked his advise and he told me where to go.
