nicoleds Posted November 11, 2012 #1 Share Posted November 11, 2012 I've been reading that sometimes when you send the form to get an OBC they dont always send an email, sometimes you just see the credit on your account. My question is, where will it show that I have an OBC?
mondello Posted November 11, 2012 #2 Share Posted November 11, 2012 I got the approval e-mail but, Manage My Cruise details and billing page lists my OBC for Valor and Glory next month.
MagnoliaBlossom Posted November 11, 2012 #3 Share Posted November 11, 2012 Im working from memory here, but if you look at your payment summary, down at the bottom where the total and payments are listed, there is a line that says something like " ??? Credits due". it does not say OBC, that would be too eady  took me a long time to find it since the other line we sail puts it prominently near the top. kona_wahine Posted November 11, 2012 #4 Share Posted November 11, 2012 I got a price drop and received OBC with no email after final payment. if you go to manage my cruise it will say "Booking charge/credit" under all the other amounts.
NavarreCruiser Posted November 11, 2012 #5 Share Posted November 11, 2012 You may have to go to the manage my cruise page (after signing in) and click on the cruise in question. There will be a square box in the upper right hand corner of the page. Click on view cruise documents and look at the page that says print general information. It should show a billing summary with both refundable and nonrefundable onboard credit.
2kids1dog Posted November 11, 2012 #6 Share Posted November 11, 2012 I'm one of the ones who rarely has gotten an e-mail (only once). I go into My Cruise Manager, then click on the Access My Booking link. Put in your information, and then click on your booking number. It will come up with a summary. Towards the bottom, it will say: Payment Applied Average Cruise Rate Per Person with NCFS BOOKING CHARGE/CREDIT - This is where you'll see your OBC go up.
