Specialty restaurant reservations

Can someone please tell me how the reservations are made on the TP for Sterling's and Sabatini's? Do I have to go to the actual restaurant or can I just call, and how soon after we board? I've seen this handled different ways on different ships.

You can call from your cabin, or you can go by in person. We went by when we were exploring the ship on the first day.

Also, when we boarded the TP last spring there was a woman sitting at a table in the lobby/foyer. She had copies of the menus and she was booking reservations right there.

 

However you handle it, make your reservations as early as possible. Like the shore excursions, these spots will get filled quickly...
