in front of the vanity is your only option

Yes. One in front of the vanity mirror and one in the bath at the top of the mirror. There is also a european style outlet in front of the mirror - at least there was on the 10/25/2012 sailing, so if you have a converter, you can gain an extra outlet.

the outlet in the bathroom is a low wattage outlet. Its for shavers and toothbrushes
