More importantly than does it contain alcohol, is where exactly do you plan on keeping the eggnog. It needs to be kept refrigerated and the majority of the mini fridges on the ships are more "coolers" than actual fridges.

It'll be allowed as long as it's a sealed container with no alcohol but like the above person said- refrigeration is an issue, from standing in line and waiting to embark to waiting for your room to be ready even if your room fridge is cold enough. I don't know about you but I like to get to port early to get on the ship early since embarkation day is Day 1 so is arriving later worth egg nog or risk spoiling, food poisoning..........I'd skip it. Plus it'd be pretty messy if the container burst all over your carry on.
