You will have a great time! In Akureyri, we took a private tour with Taxi No. 17. It was WONDERUL! Can't say enough about the personal attention and the great tour.

In Reykjavik, we rental a car and drove the Golden Circle on our own. We rented from Route 1 Car Rental. The car was waiting for us when our ship docked. Very easy to do.

In the Faroe Islands, we walked to the tourist center and they arranged a taxi for us to take us around the area. Although the driver's English was not very good, we still say a lot of the countryside and really enjoyed our tour.

The rest of the day was spent walking around the town and seeing the local sites.
