Dan and Liz Yes, we used them last July. I phoned them direct to rent the vehicle. They told us they would have it on the pier with the keys in it when we got there. We arrived and no car! We went across the street to a store where the owner of the shop let us phone the rental company. They apologized for not having the car waiting and picked us up moments later. We were pleased with the car and service. We had such a good time on the T.P. we are planning to book again for the summer 2006.

Dan and Liz, Yes Cook islands want you to buy a drivers license because it is a good revenue maker for them. We didn't bother to get a license and never had any problem with the police. It is really up to you. Mike
