Reserving things before leaving home

We're on the Connie next June and I want to figure out how to reserve stuff ahead of time. Specifically:

 

Ocean Liners Restaurant - Can I reserve a spot from home? Or must I rush down to visit the maitre d' after boarding?

 

Golf simulator - Ditto the above question?

 

Computer classes - I know there are class descriptions on www.celebrityatsea.com, but can I reserve a spot before sailing?

If you are a member of the Captain's Club you can call the Captain's Club to make reservations for the Specialty Restaurant 60 days prior to sailing. If not you can make them when you board the ship.

 

As for the others I believe you need to wait until you board the ship, but I could be wrong.
