Concorde and Lunch?

We want to do a repeat of our last visit to Barbados and take a Taxi to see the Concorde and have a relaxing, long lunch with wine and cocktails. Last time I arranged for us to go to the Crane and we spent too long 'relaxing' and nearly missed our ship! First and last time I do that - it was totally our fault for not considering the traffic back to port. The taxi guy actually had the bible out reading and singing to us while driving like a banshee back to port - DH finally asked him to please concentrate on the driving and not the reading! Needless to say that totally negated the previous said relaxing :eek:

 

Was going to go back to the Crane again but thought I'd ask folks for any other suggestions... I want flying fish, DH will eat anything but fish :cool:

Looking for something by the water - can be fancy or not - as long as there is a bar/area for smoking (DH) and a nice view for a leisurely lunch.
