Comparing zipline choices in Costa Rica

HAL Zuiderdam offers two zipline choices in Costa Rica for our March 8 partial Panama transit cruise. Is anyone familiar enough with both of these to provide some insight?

 

"Rain Forest Canopy & Zip Line Adventure" for 3 hours.

 

Or, "Rain Forest Canopy & Adrenaline Adventure Extended" for 7 hours.

 

The description sounds like these are at two different places. It's implied there's a 2-hour bus ride on the longer tour.

 

My daughter is prone to motion sickness and I don't know if she can handle a bus ride that long on mountain roads. Can anyone tell me from experience if the first tour listed is OK, and what the bus rides/times are like for either?
