WillWorkForCruise121 Posted December 17, 2012 #2 Share Posted December 17, 2012 We already have chef table booked- my question is- are the other specialty restaurants easy to book once on board- real question- are they ever fully booked? Thanks for your help. We have only done Oasis once, but as long as you are flexible with what time you want to eat it seemed like you could get a reservation on board. We had to eat earlier than we wanted to one night because they were booked solid from 6:15-8:45. So, I am sure being completely booked for the evening is possible. If you know where you want to dine and one what day/time, I'd recommend booking as early as possible when you board. We called about Giovanni's table two nights before we actually planned to dine and availability was only before 6:15 or after 9. You can make reservations from your stateroom phone very easily, but they are subject to availability.
