Parking at Tampa Cruise Port

We are going on Jewel of the Seas on February 7th and plan to park at the Port Authority parking for the first time (usually we stay in a nearby hotel the night before a cruise). Their web site shows a place for a promotional code, but I can't find one on the Internet. Can anyone help?

 

I also remember seeing a hotel very near the port advertising parking and shuttle only, without an overnight stay, but I don't remember which hotel it was. I would also appreciate this information.
