LUCKYBLACKCAT Posted December 29, 2012 #1 Share Posted December 29, 2012 Would like to visit St Nicholas Abbey and possibly Harrisons Cave while in Barbados in February. Can anyone let me know if any of the minibus drivers at the portside go to these places. I imagine that a taxi would be overly expensive as the abbey is a long way from the port and there would be waiting time involved. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. BeagleOne Posted January 1, 2013 #2 Share Posted January 1, 2013 I don't know about the mini-bus drivers, but be sure to check ahead of time that the Abbey is open. I rented a mini-moke (great fun!) on a Saturday, got all the way up there (I was going to circle the island anyway so at least I didn't make a special trip), and it was closed.
