Hotwire?

Have been pricing airfare since January for our October Conquest cruise leaving from New Orleans. Living in the midwest near a regional airport there are very few airfare sales and no low cost carrier. Prices are starting from $380+ pp and steadily rising. We really don't want to do a 3+ hour drive to Detroit or Chicago. Was looking at Hotwire and they are offering airfare $130 pp less. Times are not a problem since we are doing a pre and postcruise stay. Has anyone had any good or bad experiences using Hotwire for airfare? TIA

My boss uses them all the time for his airfare for work. Never had a problem that I know of.
