Cabin Question: Vision Class OV Category F

What is it about Cat F Oceanview cabins on Vision, Enchantment, etc that ranks it at a higher category than other OV cabins. On deck plans the Fs appear to be the same size as the G, H and I oceanviews. As far as location goes, the F's are scattered all over decks 2, 3 and 4 and are mostly located between groups of lower category cabins. We were booked by a travel agent with a cat F guarantee on an Enchantment cruise that has no balconies left and only F or H guarantees in OV. Not sure whether to keep the F guarantee or not since many are accessible F and we do not need accessible and do not want to take one in case it is needed by a disabled passenger. We have never done a Guarantee with RCCL before. Any advice?
