Circle C and Club O2 Combined activities?

Do they ever combine the activities for these 2 groups? My sons will want to hang out together as much as possible on the cruise, but they fall into 2 different age groups for the clubs.

 

If they do combine activities will they have to begin the activity at their original club, or do the combined activities meet up at a central location?

On the Dream cruise in 2011, they DID combine a few of the activities for these groups. Most of them were "filler" activities like "swim with Club 02", or "Video Games wtih Club O2". Everything else was kept separate from each other.

On the Pride in December they also combined a few of the activities with the two groups, they met at a central location. The pool and the 02 club were two places they met.
