Lucayan National Park and Port Lucaya

Hello! We will be in Freeport on Feb 13th aboard the Carnival Magic. We are in port from 8am to 5pm. We are interested in seeing Lucayan National Parks and the caves, maybe some beach time if its not too cold and then hitting Port Lucaya for some shopping. Is this enough time in Freeport to do this? Should we cut out the caves? How far apart are these two places? Any idea on cab fare to the park? Or from the park to the Lucaya area. I know grabbing a taxi back to the ship from Port Lucaya will be easy, Im worried about from the park to the shopping area.
