Mayan Ruins tour company

Anyone have a recommendation for a great tour company to see the ruins with? I will have a party of 6 to book for this excursion.

Which ruins are you thinking of?

 

 

Altun Ha is fairly close to Belize city and several tour companies head there. It's a reasonably short tour (4-6 hours) often with a Belize City tour or cavetubing tied in. But dot he one via the River Wallace for a look at some wild life.

 

If you are looking at Xunantunich, take the ship's tour as it is a long bus ride and more all day excursion, some buses from ships have been delayed for various reasons in the past and at least you'll get comfort in knowing the ship won't leave without you.

 

If you are looking at trying to reach Lamanai , again a long way but with the right set of circumstances very doable, and your ship doesn't offer an excursion there.

 

Belize City Excursons offers tours to all 3 sites, and gets good reviews.

We have done the Caye Caulker/ Snorkel tour with them many times & they are great !
